   – Refund or Exchange: The customer may choose to either receive a full refund or exchange the damaged product for one of equal or higher value, in which case the customer will only be required to pay the difference.

2. Incorrect Products:

   – Notification: If we have sent the wrong product, the customer must inform us immediately.

   – Free Pickup: We will arrange and personally pick up the incorrect product at no additional cost to the customer. We will coordinate with the customer to schedule a convenient pickup date.

   – Refund or Exchange: The customer may choose to either receive a full refund or exchange the incorrect product for the correct one or another product of equal or higher value, in which case the customer will only be required to pay the difference.

Returns for Undamaged Products:

1. **Good Condition Returns:**

   – Notification: If the customer wishes to return a product that is in good condition, they may do so within 14 days from the date of delivery.

   – Pickup Fee: The customer can request a pickup by us, which will incur a fee of $2.99.

   – Refund or Exchange: The customer may choose to exchange the product for another product of the same value. No refunds will be provided for good condition returns.
